1. Service Cancellation
   1. Before Work Begins: If you wish to cancel your request before we start the translation or transcription process, you can do so without any charges. Please contact us immediately to halt the process.
   2. After Work Begins: If cancellation is requested after we have started working on your content, we will charge a fee proportional to the amount of work completed. This is to compensate for the time and resources already invested in your project.
2. Refunds
   1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service or if there was a significant error on our part, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
   2. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us within 3 hours of receiving your translated or transcribed content, providing specific details about your concerns.
   3. Processing Refunds: Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to credit the refund to your account.
3. Quality Concerns

   We pride ourselves on the accuracy and quality of our translations and transcriptions. If you believe the delivered content does not meet your expectations or the agreed-upon standards, please reach out to us for a review. We will make the necessary corrections at no additional cost to you. Please note that the revision will be done only once.

4. Changes to This Policy

   Trans Pitch reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the policy on our website and indicating the effective date of the new policy.
